If you can find the C2 for less than the C1, get the new model. The LG C2 OLED is a slight improvement over its predecessor, the LG C1 OLED, but it's currently significantly more expensive. It isn't as good in dark rooms as the QN85A, but if you're using it in a bright room, that doesn't matter. Although it doesn't get as bright and has worse reflection handling than the QN85A, it still performs well in bright rooms. If you prefer something cheaper, look into the Samsung Q80/Q80A QLED.

Unfortunately, it has some uniformity issues with a dirty screen effect in the center that could get distracting with large areas of uniform color, like when you have a full webpage open. The RGB subpixel layout is ideal for programs that don't support other subpixel layouts, so text looks good. It displays proper chroma 4:4:4 with 4k resolutions, which helps produce clear text. You won't have any issues using it in a bright room since it easily gets bright enough to fight glare, and the reflection handling is remarkable. It's amazing to use as a PC monitor because it has a wide viewing angle that makes the edges of the screen look accurate if you sit close. The best TV monitor we've tested is the Samsung QN85A QLED.
